A Typical Resident Room

Each residential room is fully furnished with about 225 sq. ft. of floor space and contains a full bath with walk in shower. The room is complete with individually controlled heating and cooling.

Clothing storage is built in.

All rooms are furnished with a twin sized bed, a rocker/reclining chair, desk with chair and a built in cabinet with ten sliding drawers and two with open fronts for hanging clothes. Rooms are equipped with a speakerphone that serves as an intercom and the room is prewired for cable TV. Telephone service can be added by establishing an account with Cincinnati Bell. Time Warner is our cable supplier. For your safety each room is equipped with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink with cabinet and a walk in shower.
